Kaitlin Cantell has a passion for people and the experience to deliver maximum results. With nearly 20 years of expertise in People Strategy, she has partnered with organizations across technology, healthcare, and hospitality to transform how they develop, engage, and retain talent.

Throughout her career, Kaitlin has led enterprise-wide initiatives in performance management, leadership development, and cultural transformation for global organizations including Avalara, Infor, and Orlando Health.

Her work has been recognized by leading learning organizations such as Masie Learning. Kaitlin holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from the University of Houston (Cum Laude), a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida (Cum Laude), and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University. She is also a certified Global Talent Management Leader through the Talent Management Institute.
